We can help to meet your demand for officespace. We can offer to let up to 54
different offices in a historic building.

How many people in each office and what's the price?

The economic office is entirely for you alone. You will get your own office and the price for an office
of this kind is DKK 3.072,00 per month. The somewhat more expensive economic office**
will cost you DKK 5.406,08 per month.

If you are 2 people or more planning to share an office, we can offer you:

2 people sharing 1 office: DKK 2.350,00-3.817,00 per person per month.

3 people sharing 1 office: DKK 2.612,00-2.745,00 per person per month.

4 people sharing 1 office: DKK 2.735,00-2.985,00 per person per month. all rented out

8 people sharing 1 office: DKK 2.495,00 per person per month.

What will I get for my money apart from the squaremeters I pay for?

You get:

Supply of heating and water.

Cleaning of all common areas (staircases, corridors, toilets, kitchen etc.), in your own office
you will take care of this yourself.

You will have access to a lounge, where you will find some comfortable surroundings.

Also you will have access to our big terrace, where outdoor relaxing and smoking can
take place in open air.

Electricity is not included in the abovementioned prices. Payment for electricity is
done for an approximate share, around DKK 200,00 per month per workspace.

What will do for you now?:

When you have chosen your new office, we will have it ready for you in a few days.
Newly painted in white with a new floor in either light brown wood or light blue
linoleum. We will put up your business sign in the entrance area of the building. We
will have keys for the building and for your office ready for you until agreed point of time.

What will you have to do?:

You will have to do the rest. Furniture, office equipment of relevant kind, telephone
and internet if you need that.

How can I get my new office?

You sign a contract, pay a deposit of 3 months rent + rent for the first month and
that's it!
